Many common questions are already answered in our product FAQs. It's often the fastest way to find an answer:
When you email us, please include:
- Your business name (tenant).
- The product you're using (e.g. Wasla POS on iPad, Wasla CRM on the web).
- A short description of the problem.
- Screenshots or a short video if the issue is visual.
- The device type and OS version if the issue is in a mobile app.
Account & Data Requests
Requests for account deletion, data export, or changes to your personal information can be sent to support@wasla.ai. See our Privacy Policy and the Wasla POS Privacy Policy for full details. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
Billing & Subscriptions
For invoices, plan changes, refunds, or subscription questions, email billing@wasla.ai or write to our general support address.
Security & Vulnerability Reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any Wasla product, please email security@wasla.ai with a description and steps to reproduce. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge reports within two business days.
